Recent trip to the playground

Or I could have titled this "Trains, Cars, and Bulldozers." Mister Max is pretty serious about his playgrounds. He likes to take it all in from a distance, away from the throngs of kids. Then he proceeds to find the nearest set of wheels––in this case, a sweet blue car with shiny red wheels. And of course, since he's The Boss, he instructed Dadda and Mu-mah to hop in!

Then Dadda . . .

Then the both of us together, one happy family (even though it was a tight squeeze) . . .

So who snapped this photo of us three? A dad of those two bratty kids in the corner who yelled at Max to get off the car (after he'd only been on it a few minutes). Watch out, this Mama Tiger will come out if you're not careful!

And this is a picture of Max right when we were asked by that dumb lady in the corner whether he is a boy or girl . . .

Come on, lady!! I mean, I get it, the boy could probably use a little trim, but who dresses their little girl in navy blue AND sporty, track-star hot pants?

Playground-4

This is Max looking out for the choo-choo train that passes by on the tracks just behind this fence. The boy has a one-track mind. He heard the train whistle blowing from a mile away, dropped what he was doing on the playground, and somehow navigated his way over to the tracks, which are in an offset, wooded area. Smart kid!! And just look at that tushy!

And look at that belly!!
