Dumplings for dinner

I didn't have energy to even think about dinner tonight after work. So, instead of preparing anything elaborate, I decided to do the exact opposite: boil up a bag of frozen Chinese dumplings. Just dumplings. That's it.  And it was delicious. 

I did make a nice dipping side of soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil, if that counts.
