Labor day friday + falling into fall

September 3rd... the Friday before Labor Day, closed the office up early. It is also the first day I felt like I was falling, falling into fall... blustery winds, dusky gray sky, and changing leaves conjure thoughts of a perfect autumn day in the 'burbs spent apple-picking and pie-making... soon... but for now, on this brisk day, I'll settle for reading on the stoop in a black-and-white trench and white linen pants one last time. Also, a pretty vintage scarf for FurFur, too. I'm loving the mix of plaid and florals this season...
