Catching up on last weekend––it included a spontaneous shopping trip downtown during the Air & Sea Show with a girlfriend and her son, who is 10 days older than Baby Max.
The jaunt on Michigan Ave. resulted in a pair of the cutest baby suspenders from Zara Kids (for Max's photo shoot!), a stop at the newly revamped Coach store, a fro-yo (free!) at Wow Bao, then a lemon-ricotta sugar cookie and lemonade at Nordstrom Cafe. She was kind enough to swap strollers so that Max could recline flat in The Spaceship (a.k.a. Stokke) so he could nap while Mommy shopped! The Stokke... it's not for everyone.
