Remember how I recently wrote about all the fun, free things to do in the city? Here's another one from two weeks ago. Max had a playdate with his pal Roman at a local playroom that was celebrating its eighth anniversary––free open play, birthday cake and gift bags! Last time he was here he was seven months old, which doesn't sound all that long ago, but boy, just look at the difference, then and now!
There's much more hair now, his feet touch the ground, and he's graduated to wearing shoes! But the level of focus on his face––and fat cheeks––remains the same.
Max had a terrific time exploring the play kitchen area––and now, at home, he is suddenly making a beeline for the real refrigerator every time one of us opens the door! So far, Max doesn't seem to get mad when other kids take his toys. Many babies usually will throw tantrums at this. He's pretty even-keeled and gentle, let's hope he stays this way!
Jamie, he is precious!!!! I love how he studies the world around him.
