It was fifteen degrees for much of last week despite the bright sunshine you see here! That calls for lots of thin layers like Uniqlo's Heattech tops and oversized husband sweaters. Not to mention fleece scarfs, mink fur hats from Russia, stay-puft winter coats and a new pair of furry boots that I got in Amsterdam in 2010 and have yet to wear once until now! Fifteen degrees sounds like the perfect occasion for them, agree? I have to laugh, because wearing these remind me of that new commercial for Temptations treats for cats.
Woman, looking down at male coworker's boots: "Ooooh, I like your boots."
Man: "They're not boots. They're my cats."
Cats-as-boots: "Meow."
Closing tagline: "Temptations treats for cats. Once you shake 'em, you can't shake 'em."
