A cold wintry night calls for toasty, warm baked goodness like roasted figs with honey. They turn a lovely golden brown/red color when finished. Just assemble figs in a shallow baking dish and pour enough pomegranate or orange juice to cover the figs halfway. Then drizzle with honey (be generous!), add pecans, and dust with cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes until figs are soft. Serve with Greek yogurt and more honey!
