What I Wore: Cynthia Rowley Spring 2011 trunk show

Cynthia Rowley had a fabulous trunk show last night at the Damen Ave boutique. The Spring 2011 collection is filled with the yummiest of frocks (literally, some had tiny cupcake prints!) made of raw-edge silk, sequin embellishments, and ostrich-feathered minis. All in delicious shades from bubblegum pink to goldenrod yellow to cerulean! Cynthia Rowley always offers classic shapes flattering to any woman (think sheath dresses) with little bits of sexiness. The Spring collection show lots of triangular cutouts: around the midsection, back, or even the elbows on long-sleeved lace dresses!

It was the perfect way to spend quality time with my girlfriend: oohing and aahing over eye candy, catching up on the latest, nibbling on Vosges Haut Chocolat and sipping Prosecco. LOVE! (p dot s, Who is that angry-looking girl on the phone in the background?)

Absolutely dying over this sample dress that is NOT part of the Spring collection... and even if it was it would have to remain a dream...
