Luxe whites and turquoises + Parc Huron grand opening

Yesterday my company ran the grand opening event for Parc Huron, a luxury rental property in River North. We had developed the overarching brand strategy over a year ago when it was only pre-construction, positioning it as a sanctuary located in the downtown with a neighborhood appeal, emphasizing the building's environmentally-friendly philosophy and practices, which have recently achieved it the city's first Gold-LEED Certified status.  

It's truly exciting to be breaking ground and successfully leasing despite the downturn economy. Almost exactly one year ago, we did the topping-off event and have since executed a comprehensive marketing launch plan. And now, let the spectacular grand opening we planned begin!

If it were up to the development company's owner, the party would have been all bbq grills and flip flops. Luckily for us, we stepped in with luxe white suede, metallic turquoise shantung, silvery accents, and reflective mirrors... a fashionable mixture of tactile textures to complement the exquisite use of high-end materials and details in Parc Huron...

Equally impressive is the slew of uh-MAZ-ing tenant amenities like a spa, wine cellar and Cyber cafe – in my opinion, a la uber-posh luxury hotel living by way of South Beach and Manhattan!
