Chinatown, discovered

Having a lovely, hot meal at Hing-Kee in Chinatown. I must write this down now, or else in a few days I will forget the name of this very delicious and quite authentic restaurant we stumbled upon. (All the English-translated names sound the same.) Hing-Kee even has Hot Pot! That's how I know this place is the real deal. If you don't know what that is, you are missing out on a true Chinese treat. Think: American Melting Pot meets the East. Instead of thick, rich fondues of cheese-and-raw steak or chocolate-and-fruit, we Chinese indulge in very flavourful, always savory, sometimes spicy, clear broths and shrimp, sirloin fish, fish balls, mung bean "glass" noodles, watercress, and bean sprouts. Yum-yum.
