Food Revolution: week 2 update

Weekly progress update of my "Food Revolution":

(1) Reduce the number of canned meals I eat for lunch. 5-0 Jamie again! I didn't eat anything processed or canned this week!

(2) Eat breakfast. Or at least just eat something in the morning.
  • Monday: Frosted Mini Wheats with Vitamin D Milk. Unfortunately blowing out work fires all morning sure keeps ya busy. Didn't get around to to eating "breakfast" until 11:30 am, tsk tsk.
  • Tuesday: Leftovers from last weekend's brunch outing @ Birchwood Kitchen – Roasted Butternut Hash, Baby Spinach, Bacon, Maple Syrup and Sunny Eggs. Mmmm.
  • Wednesday: Frosted Mini Wheats again. Actually had it first thing in the morning!
  • Thursday: Can't recall what I ate, but I am sure I had something. Probably around 11 am :(
  • Friday: Mini bagel with cream cheese and mortadella.
