Food Revolution: week 3 update

This week I did pretty well, if I must say so! Here follows a weekly progress update of my "Food Revolution":

(1) Reduce the number of canned meals I eat for lunch. 5-0 Jamie again! I didn't eat anything processed or canned this week!

(2) Eat breakfast. Or at least just eat something in the morning.
  • Monday: Frosted Mini Wheats with Vitamin D Milk.
  • Tuesday: A slice of that delicious, crusty Spicy Cheddar Bread with low-fat whipped cream cheese.
  • Wednesday: Spicy Cheddar Bread with low-fat whipped cream cheese and mortadella.
  • Thursday: Spicy Cheddar Bread with low-fat whipped cream cheese.
  • Friday: Frosted Mini Wheats with Vitamin D Milk.
