(1) Reduce the number of canned meals I eat for lunch. 5-0 Jamie again! I didn't eat anything processed or canned this week!
(2) Eat breakfast. Or at least just eat something in the morning.
- Monday: Frosted Mini Wheats with Vitamin D Milk.
- Tuesday: A slice of that delicious, crusty Spicy Cheddar Bread with low-fat whipped cream cheese.
- Wednesday: Spicy Cheddar Bread with low-fat whipped cream cheese and mortadella.
- Thursday: Spicy Cheddar Bread with low-fat whipped cream cheese.
- Friday: Frosted Mini Wheats with Vitamin D Milk.
